These terms govern your use of fottal.com and the services provided by Fottal LLC (“Fottal”), including the Fottal app and the booking lines salons use to take appointment requests. By using them you agree to these terms.

Appointment requests

A request made through a salon’s booking line is not a confirmed appointment until the salon confirms it. The salon, not Fottal, provides the hair services and decides whether it can book you.

Appointment text messages

• Program: Fottal appointment notifications, sent on behalf of the salon you contacted.
• What you’ll receive: texts about appointments you requested: confirmations, changes, and a link to confirm or decline.
• How you opt in: by giving your phone number when you request an appointment.
• Frequency: varies with your bookings, usually one to three messages per appointment.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You’ll get one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed.
• Help: reply HELP or email growth@fottal.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse our services, interfere with their operation, or use them for anything unlawful.

Disclaimers and liability

The services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Fottal LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
